For perpetrators of the bubble system, they can enter the Bali area through the entrance for Foreign Travel Actors (PPLN), including I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport in Denpasar, Bali or Tanjung Benoa Harbor, Bali.

Travelers are required to show a physical or digital card or certificate having received the second dose of COVID-19 vaccine at least 14 days before departure and verified on the e-HAC International Indonesia website.

Travelers are also required to show negative results through an RT-PCR examination in the country of origin whose samples were taken within a maximum of 2x24 hours before the departure time.

In an effort to anticipate the spread of COVID-19, the operator of the bubble system divides the activities of travellers into several bubble groups based on a series of activities, including the history of origin of the arrival area, arrival schedule, destination location and history of the health status of bubble system actors including comorbidities, age groups, vaccination status, and others.

The perpetrators of the bubble system are also required to undergo a rapid antigen test routinely every day or a routine RT-PCR examination a maximum of once every three days and show negative results.
