West Jakarta Dukcapil Sub-dept. Office Closed After 20 Employees Exposed To COVID-19

JAKARTA - The Office of the Population and Civil Registration Sub-Department (Sudin Dukcapil) in the Meruya area, West Jakarta is temporarily closed after 20 employees were exposed to COVID-19. West Jakarta Dukcapil Sub-dept. Rosyik Muhammad when confirmed in Jakarta, Thursday 17 February. Rosyik said that initially two of his employees were exposed to COVID-19 in early February 2022. After tracing, the number of employees exposed to COVID-19 increased to 20 people. Now The 20 employees who have tested positive are currently self-isolating in their respective homes.

"They have mild symptoms so they are only undergoing self-isolation," said Rosyik. Due to this condition, his party has not been able to open services directly at the Dukcapil Sub-dept. Office, especially for e-KTP recording. it takes the form of changing identities in ID cards or deeds to repairing damaged important documents. "Our online service is still open. We still receive services on the Betawi Avocado application and our call center," he explained.
