The Prosecutor's Office Asks The Police To Complete The Case Files For The Attack On 2 Pancasila Youth Command Posts In Depok

DEPOK - The Depok City District Attorney asked the Depok Metro Resort Police investigators to complete the case file for the attack on the Pemuda Pancasila (PP) post on Jalan Pendowo, Rt 05/09 Limo, Depok City, West Java.

"The results of the research are that there are still some formal and material deficiencies in the case files made by investigators that must be completed. As many as 3 suspects are suspected by investigators under articles 170 of the Criminal Code and 406 of the Criminal Code with a maximum threat of imprisonment of 5 years and 6 months," said Head of Intelligence at the Depok District Attorney Andi Rio Rahmat in Depok, Antara, Wednesday, February 16.

It is possible for investigators to add suspects if during further examination of the witnesses or suspects according to the instructions (P-19) requested by the research prosecutor, it is found that other parties are involved.

"If during the follow-up examination, the investigator finds other evidence of other criminal events that triggered acts of violence or destruction of the command post, an investigation can be carried out in a different case," he said.

Based on the results of the examination of the files, investigators were also asked to complete with additional witnesses. For example, several administrators of mass organizations to explain whether it is true that the suspects are members of mass organizations, or the involvement of other parties and confiscate some evidence.

"We believe that our fellow investigators will work professionally and competently in conducting investigations because based on information from the research prosecutor when coordinating case files, investigators will immediately carry out reconstruction related to the actions of the suspects in the near future," he said.

Andi Rio asked the public to inform the nearest police if they know of the whereabouts of a fugitive on behalf of Rafi alias Belo who is suspected of being involved in a case of violence or vandalism according to the investigator's suspicion.

Previously, police investigators had named three people who claimed to be members of the Betawi Rempug Forum (FBR) community organization (Ormas) as suspects.

The three perpetrators, named Azis pramudiya als azis bin sain (20), Munadih Alias Dogol Bin Zaelani (26) and Geren borneo tomatala alias Ambon (21) are strongly suspected of being involved in the attack on two Pancasila Youth posts in Kp. Pulo Mangga and on Jl. Pendowo RT05/09 Kel. Limo, Depok city.
