Daop 1 Jakarta also uses the Extraordinary Train (KLB) with a series of 20 flat carriages to transport debris and garbage on site to be taken to the dump, Friday 11 February.

This control is regulated in Law Number 23 of 2007 concerning Railways, Article 178 which states, "Everyone is prohibited from constructing buildings, constructing walls, fences, embankments, other buildings, planting tall tree species, or placing goods on railroad tracks that can interfere with free view and jeopardize the safety of rail travel".

PT KAI Daop 1 Jakarta appealed to the public not to carry out activities or construct buildings around the railway line because it could endanger the train journey. In addition, PT KAI Daop 1 Jakarta also invites people who live close to the railway line to participate in maintaining cleanliness and not throwing garbage into the railway line.

Previously, at the end of 2021, PT KAI Daop 1 Jakarta had also carried out the same activity on the railway line crossing Tanah Abang-Duri Station and Pasarsenen-Gangsentiong Station.
