MG Will Launch An Electric Sedan To The Bongsor SUV Next Year

Morris Garage (MG) will add to his car line-up at the Chinese market, this certainty was revealed by MG SAIC General Manager Zhou Yan.

Quoting from the Carnewschina page, Monday, December 23, Zhou said two models that will launch, namely filling the Battery Electric Vehicle (BEV) and Plug in Hybrid Electric Vehicle (PHEV) segments.

Zhou Yan said the BEV segment would fill the sedan segment while PHEV would play in the bongsor SUV segment. Unfortunately he did not mention details about the two models in question.

It's just that he ensured that the car that will launch next year will pack a British-style design combined with China. With the aim of allowing Chinese cars to be different around the world.

However, it is not clear whether the two cars will be launched globally, or in China alone. But if you refer to the talks, they will also be presented to the global market.

As is known, currently the MG model ranks include the EXE181 electric hypercar, the Cyberster electric roadster. MG also has other sedans such as MG5, MG6, MG5 Scorpio, and MG7. As for the SUV segments, there are One, ZS and ES5.

If the two models in question launch for the global market, it is also possible to be present in Indonesia, considering that some of the models are imported intact from China.
