MADIUN - Madiun City Police, East Java handled a case of alleged corruption in the management of Village Treasury Land (TKD) in Cabean Village, Sawahan District, Madiun Regency.

Madiun City Police Chief AKBP Dewa Putu Eka Darmawan said the case had been handled by his team since 2021 and has now been declared complete or P21 and immediately transferred to the Madiun District Attorney's Office.

Dewa added that before the police carried out further investigations, his party had coordinated with the Madiun Regency Inspectorate as the government's internal supervisory apparatus (APIP).

If the inspectorate is unable to correct the party concerned within 60 days, the police will continue the investigation process to uncover the state financial losses incurred.
