He explained that the perpetrator was caught together with evidence on Thursday, February 3, at around 09.00 WITA at his residence on Jalan Gerilya Gang Sepakat, Sungai Pinang District.

"In action, the perpetrator used the scavenging mode, transporting the things he saw and then when he had the opportunity he also put the stolen goods into a cart that he pulled using a motorbike," he said.

Ary added that the perpetrator brought his son to sit on the motorbike every time he carried out the action.

"The perpetrator admitted that the action he took was for daily living expenses, and at this time we are still developing it regarding whether there are other crime scenes," he explained.

The Samarinda Police Chief said that the perpetrator with the initials F (43) turned out to be a recidivist with the same case.
