Inpatients Of RSDC Wisma Atlet Add 204 People

JAKARTA - The number of patients being treated at the COVID-19 Special Emergency Hospital (RSDC) Wisma Atlet Kemayoran, Jakarta as of Thursday, increased by 204 people.

Head of Information for the Joint Regional Defense Command (Kogabwilhan) I Marine Colonel Aris Mudian said that 5,174 confirmed positive inpatients (COVID-19) at Towers 4, 5, 6, and 7 were 5,174 people.

"Meanwhile, the initial number of patients (one day earlier) was 4,970. Inpatients have increased by 204," said Aris explaining the development of the situation at the Kemayoran Athlete Hospital, Jakarta, quoted by Antara, Thursday, February 3.

Aris said that from March 23, 2020 to February 3, 2022, the number of patients referred to the Wisma Atlet RSDC was 142,367 people.

Of that number, 135,500 COVID-19 patients recovered and were discharged from the hospital, while 1,097 patients were referred to other hospitals.

The Head of Information for Kogabwilhan I TNI noted that 596 people died at the Wisma Atlet RSDC as of February 3, 2022.

Aris also conveyed the development of the situation at the Galang Island Special Hospital for Infection (RSKI), Batam, Riau Islands.

The number of inpatients at the Galang Island Hospital as of Thursday was 91 people.

"There are 91 inpatients, of which 50 are men and 41 women. All 91 patients have been confirmed positive for COVID-19," Aris said as quoted from his written statement.

The Head of Information for Kogabwilhan I TNI noted that in the last 24 hours there have been 11 inpatients at the Galang Island Hospital.

"As of February 3, 2022, there were 91 hospitalized patients, originally (one day earlier) 80 people," he said.

From 12 April 2020 to 3 February 2022, the Galang Island Hospital received a total of 18,458 patients. Of that number, 18,364 patients have been discharged from the hospital, said Marine Colonel Aris Mudian.

RSKI Galang Island reported that until February 3, 2022, one patient died from COVID-19.
