Number Of Patients Continues To Increase, Tangerang Regency Government Increases Isolation Room Capacity At Yasmin Hotel

TANGERANG REGENCY - The Tangerang Regency Government has added 120 special rooms for isolated COVID-19 patients at the Yasmin Hotel. So now the total number of rooms is 240 rooms.

Tangerang Regent, Zaki Iskandar, said that 300 of the 240 rooms could be occupied by 300 people. If in one room is a family cluster.

"The capacity is 240 rooms, for a family about 300, so one family can use three and if possible can bring toddlers", said Zaki to reporters at the Yasmin Hotel, Curug, Tangerang Regency.

Regarding the number of COVID-19 cases in Tangerang Regency, the highest is in the Kelapa Dua area. 23 patients were exposed to the virus.

As information for the Tangerang Regency area, in a day as many as 88 people were confirmed positive for COVID-19.

"At most, there are still two coconuts, if I'm not mistaken there are 23 indicated cases of COVID-19. mostly OTG", he said.

On this occasion, Zaki appealed to his citizens to comply with health protocols such as 5 M, namely wearing masks, maintaining distance, washing hands to limit mobility.

"We appeal to the entire community to apply the 5M health protocol in an orderly and disciplined manner. Wear a mask, keep your distance, wash your hands, limit mobilization, then administer a booster vaccination if necessary", he said.
