JAKARTA - In the midst of the spotlight on the case over the Kalimantan case where the genie dumped his child, Edy Mulyadi is said to have communicated with Kalimantan traditional leaders. In essence, Edy Mulyadi was asked to come to settle the problem in a traditional way.

"You have to pay customs, customary fines, that's what needs to be discussed," continued Herman Kadir.

Once again, Herman Kadir stated that his client was ready to come to Kalimantan after the situation heated up because of Edy's statement about Kalimantan where the genie dumped their child. But the problem with the lawyer's words, who guarantees security?

"There is indeed a request, there is a request that Mr. Edy is asked to come there, Mr. Edy is ready to come there. You'll come there later if you want, the only question now is who will guarantee the safety? If you come there, who guarantees its safety? That's the problem," he said.

"I want to come there but ask for security guarantees," continued Herman Kadir.

Lawyer Edy Mulyadi also mentioned the clarification that had been conveyed. There was also an apology from Edy Mulyadi.

Lawyers questioned the impression of selective discrimination in handling cases of alleged hate speech. The name of the PDI-P politician, Arteria Dahlan, was also brought up by lawyer Edy Mulyadi.

"We want the same law to be treated. Arteria Dahlan did not do anything to the Police Headquarters. How is it different from Edy Mulyadi? I want to ask, what's the difference?
