Panel Of Judges Sick, Asri Welas And Galiech Ridha Divorce Session Postponed

JAKARTA - Asri Welas and Galiech Ridha's divorce trial, which should have an agenda for witnesses from Asri, must be postponed until next week, December 31. Asri Welas' attorney, Sifra Pangabean, said that the postponement of the trial was due to the panel of judges who presided over the trial falling ill.

"Today's agenda is proof, witness examination is only postponed to the 31st because the chairman of the assembly is sick," said Sifra Pangabean at the Depok Religious Court, Tuesday, December 24.

Sifra said that for today's trial, Asri had prepared two witnesses who were the family of Asri Welas.

"According to the rules in the marriage law, at least two witnesses. From the family," said Sifra Pangabean.

Likewise with Galiech who was present at the divorce trial, he said that he had prepared two witnesses from the family.

"Yes, it's enough for the two witnesses, (the family too)," said Galiech Ridha.

Previously, Sifra said that Asrj asked for a child's living of around Rp. 5-10 million per month, including their child's education and health money.

"Per anak spesif angkanya Rp5 - 10 juta lah. Tapi itu tidak sekali. Tapi kalau ada sekolah itu tidak termasuk, nanti akan diberikan lagi sesuai dengan keperluan mereka," ucap Sifra.
