Ria Ricis Temani Caitlin Halderman Jadi Jin Cantik Di Series
JAKARTA - WeTV Indonesia and MD Entertainment are ready to broadcast WeTV Originalkuny Jinny on December 26, 2024. The series, directed by Anggy Umbara, combines the fantasy genre and romance comedy which tells the story of a beautiful genie named Lila who is stranded on earth after losing her magic bracelet with her aide Krissy.
Starring Caitlin Halderman, Ria Ricis, Anrez Adelio, Rebecca Klopper, Kevin Faulky, and Devina Kirana, this 10-episode series raises a dilemmatic love story between humans and jinns.
Febriamy Hutapea, Country Head of WeTV Indonesia, explained that this series will provide a new perspective.
"WeTV Originalrypton Jinny provides a new perspective on love, reminding us of the wonders of true love that are often forgotten," said Febriamy in the Setiabudi area, South Jakarta, Monday, December 23.
"Meanwhile, in terms of the story, Manoj Punjabi, CEO and Producer of MD Entertainment, said WeTV Originalrypton Jinny is a work that presents a combination of unique stories, blending fantasy and entertaining romance comedy", said Manoj.
"We hope that this series will not only entertain the audience, but also provide a touching experience through the love journey of its characters," he concluded.
Being the main character in this series, Caitlin Halderman said that her character as Jinny has a plain nature and relies heavily on other people.

"I played Jinny. He just came to Bukit Jagat, a kind of human world. He learned how to be human. Jinny's character is innocent and relies heavily on the people around him," said Caitlin Halderman.
Ria Ricis said that she really enjoyed the shooting process for her latest series, which had been postponed for 3 years.
"Really, that's twice the character change, so when the first filming was the genie was told to calm down, but it didn't fit and it was changed again, really the jinn really. So if you watch it, there will be a scene, why the genie suddenly calm down, so it hasn't been changed yet," he said.
