Prosecutors-Harvey Moeis Compactly Think About The 6.5-year-old Verdict
JAKARTA - Three defendants in the corruption case in the management of tin commodity trading procedures and the Public Prosecutor (JPU) compactly stated that they were thinking about a prison sentence of 12 years.
The three defendants are Harvey Moeis; President Director of PT Refined Bangka Tin (RBT) Suparta; and Director of Business Development of PT RBT Reza Andriyansyah.
The cohesiveness began when the judge questioned the attitude of the two parties in the verdict or verdict that had been read out.
"So that's the decision of the panel of judges for the defendant Harvey Moeis, the defendant Suparta, and the defendant Reza Andriansyah, like that. Then if anyone does not accept this decision, they can file a legal action that has been regulated by the laws and regulations. What is the attitude of the public prosecutor?" asked the judge during the trial at the Corruption Court in Jakarta, Monday, December 23.
In response to this, the public prosecutor decided to think about the decision first.
The judge reminded that there were 7 days to determine the position related to the decision. So, the prosecutor must have an answer next week.
