Starting Tomorrow, Transjakarta Extends Operational Hours During Christmas And New Year Holidays

JAKARTA - PT Transportasi Jakarta (Transjakarta) announced an extension of operating hours on a number of routes leading to four major terminals in Jakarta from December 21, 2024 to January 5, 2025. The service will operate until 23.00 WIB, or one hour longer than the usual schedule.

The addition of operating hours applies to the fleet of integrated buses (BRT), non-BRT, and microtrans serving Tanjung Priok Terminal, Kalideres Terminal, Pulo Gebang Terminal, and Kampung Rambutan Terminal. This is done to accommodate the mobility needs of the community during the Christmas and New Year holidays.

"This policy aims to provide comfort for people who need transportation services, especially from and to the four main terminals," said Head of the Transjakarta Public Relations and CSR Department, Ayu Wardhani, in Jakarta, Friday, December 20.

Transjakarta services at that time will start at 05.00 WIB until 23.00 WIB. Here are the routes that get an extension of service hours:

Routes Towards Tanjung Priok Terminal:- Corridor 10: Tanjung Priok - PGC - Route 10A: Marunda Flat - Tanjung Priok - Route 10D: Kampung Rambutan - Tanjung Priok - Route 10H: Tanjung Priok - Senayan Roundabout - Corridor 12: Tanjung Priok - Pluit - Route 14B: Tanjung Priok - Senen via JIS - JAK Series Route: JAK.115, JAK.117, JAK.15, JAK.29, JAK.77, JAK.87, JAK.88, JAK.89, and JAK.90.

Routes to Kalideres Terminal: - Corridor 3: Kalideres - Monas via Veterans - Route 3A: Pesakih Flat - Kalideres - Route 3F: Kalideres - Senayan Bank DKI - JAK Series Route: JAK.50, JAK.52, and SH21.

Route To Pulo Gebang Terminal:- Corridor 11: Pulo Gebang - Kampung Melayu - Route 11D: Pulo Gebang - Pulo Gadung via PIK - Route 11Q: Kampung Melayu - Pulo Gebang via BKT - Route JAK Series: JAK.100, JAK.110A, JAK.27, and JAK.40.

Route to Kampung Rambutan Terminal:- Corridor 7: Kampung Rambutan - Kampung Melayu - Route 10D: Kampung Rambutan - Tanjung Priok - Route 7A: Kampung Rambutan - Lebak Bulus - Route 7B: Kampung Rambutan - Blok M - Route 7E: Kampung Rambutan - Juanda via Cempaka Putih - Route JAK Series: S22, JAK.06, JAK.19, JAK.38, JAK.71, JAK.72, and JAK.98.

With this policy, Transjakarta hopes that the public can enjoy more flexible transportation services during the long holiday period. The addition of service time is expected to support the activities of residents who take advantage of the main terminals to travel.

"We are committed to providing the best service for the community during the holiday period at the end of this year," added Ayu Wardhani.
