Huawei Will Release Tablet MatePad 12 X, Here's The Leak

JAKARTA When releasing the Pura 70 Ultra cellphone, Huawei announced that they would launch the latest tablet. The company also leaked several specifications from Huawei MatePad 12 X.

Claimed to be a better productive device than a laptop, MatePad 12 X becomes an Ultra Slim tablet with a thickness of 5.9mm and a weight of only 559g. This device uses an Ultra-bright FullView screen measuring 12 inches.

With a ratio of 3:2, the Huawei MatePad 12 X screen has 1000nits peak brightness and P3 Wide Color Gamut. The screen resolution reaches 2.8K with a refresh rate ranging from 30 to 144Hz. According to Huawei, this screen is suitable for users who like to design.

Similar to the Huawei MatePad Pro model, this new tablet uses the PaperMatte screen which is claimed to have 99 percent less light interference and 95 percent light transmission. That way, this device is suitable for outdoor use.

There are two color options that will be available, namely White and Greenery. MatePad 12 X will use a battery with a capacity of 10,100mAh with 66W fast charging support. This device will also be supported by the third generation Huawei M-Pencil.

Like Huawei's previous claims, this tablet is more than a laptop because it supports the PC Level WPS Office. With this support, MatePad 12 X can access various office applications from the WPS Office, such as Writer, Spreadsheet, to PDF.

Thanks to the WPS Office PC Level, MatePad 12 X feels like a PC, only with better battery life and easier accessibility. To support users who like to design, Huawei also offers special applications such as GoPaint.
