Gerindra Legal Team Will File A Lawsuit To The Constitutional Court Regarding The Jakarta Pilkada
JAKARTA - The Legal Advocacy Institute of the Gerindra Party DPP will file a lawsuit to the Constitutional Court (MK) regarding the implementation of the 2024 Jakarta Pilkada.
General Secretary of the Legal Advocacy Institute of the Gerindra Party DPP Munathsir Mustaman in Jakarta, Saturday, said there were 167 cases involving the issue of the C6 form or invitations that were not distributed to the public.
"The undistributed C6 form will be the object of the re-voting (PSU) based on the Constitutional Court's decision," he said.
This has also been reported to the Supervisory Committee (Panwas) or the DKI Election Supervisory Body (Bawaslu), but did not conduct PSUs at several polling stations whose C6s were not properly distributed.
Not only that, more than 80 reports submitted by volunteers and the community to Bawaslu, but until now the development is not clear.

"We have not received an update from Bawaslu regarding about 80 community reports that we have submitted or volunteers submitted to the DKI Bawaslu.
"Starting from the issue of the special voter list (DPK) that does not match the TPS, the suspicion of voting more than once to voters who are not in the DPT," said Munatshir.
