Launching Next Year, Kia EV3 Arrested By Road Test Camera In South Korea
JAKARTA - Kia is preparing to introduce a new and affordable electric SUV, namely EV3 in 2024. Now, the car is seen being tested for roads in South Korea, meaning it is approaching its production period.
Quoted from the ArenaEV page, Tuesday, November 21, the compact SUV which is slightly smaller than the recently introduced EV5 is also making its North American debut in the concept version at the LA Auto Show 2023.
This electric car has a design language that is not much different from EV5 and EV9, such as a sloping roof, to a typical C pillar.
Meanwhile, the front fascia features the design of Kia's new design theme "Opposites United", with vertical LED headlights contributing to futuristic vehicle display.
Entering the cabin from the look shared by Kia, it is seen that it offers flexibility that allows drivers to adjust the layout to their needs. And the center console part is made of environmentally friendly materials.

Although not much information has been obtained, Kia EV3 which has a length dimension of 4,233 mm, a width of 1,836 mm, and a height of 1,549 mm is expected to compete with Volvo EX30 and Smart #1.
This competition is due to Kia EV3's estimated initial price being hit by the same price of around 32,600 euros or around Rp553 million, making it an attractive choice for buyers with a limited budget who want to switch to electric mobility.
