Dharma Polimetal Believes That The Sales Growth Target Of 25 Percent This Year Will Be Achieved
JAKARTA - The automotive component company owned by conglomerate TP Rachmat, PT Dharma Polimetal Tbk (DRMA) believes the sales growth target of 25 percent by the end of 2023 can be achieved.
The President Director of DRMA, Irianto Santoso, said that this optimism was supported by the Company's positive performance which consistently grew above the target until the third quarter of 2023 and also continued the positive trend of the national automotive industry.
"Seeing the growing development of the automotive industry in the country, we are optimistic that in the fourth quarter of 2023 DRMA will again record positive sales growth. Therefore, we are optimistic that DRMA's sales growth target for 2023 will be achieved," said Irianto, Tuesday, November 14.
For information, in the first nine months of 2023, DRMA sales increased to 59.7 percent on an annual basis to Rp4.3 trillion, where the increase was driven by the Company's success in gaining confidence to supply other model components and get new clients.
"Thanks to the increase in sales, DRMA managed to record a net profit attributable to the parent entity of IDR 519.4 billion, or a 107.8 percent yoy jump in the third quarter of 2023," he explained.

Dharma Polimetal is currently also aiming to continue to develop various components of electric vehicles, in which this is in line with the increasing number of electric car (EV) manufacturers planning to enter Indonesia.
"Furthermore, as a manifestation of the Company's commitment to support the development of the electric vehicle industry in the country, DRMA continues to be active in developing an ecosystem that supports electric vehicles, including by developing a battery management system," said Irianto.
