After Being Visited By Dozens Of Thugs Clothing Police, The Perpetrators Of The Johar Baru Brawl Surrendered Accompanied By Their Father

JAKARTA After being searched for and chased by rush (Buser) members of the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Johar Baru Police, Central Jakarta, one teenager involved in the brawl surrendered. Johar Baru Police Chief Kompol Ubaidillah said that until now his party had arrested six people involved in the brawl.

"While six people have been arrested. Currently under investigation," said Kompol Ubaidillah, Friday, November 10.

Last Thursday, November 9, the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Johar Baru Police visited the homes of the perpetrators of the brawl to their schools. Although it did not bear fruit, the impact of the sweep led to the surrender of one perpetrator to the Johar Baru Police.

The perpetrator surrendered accompanied by his father to the Johar Baru Police Headquarters.

"His name is there, mentioned. (even though) I just threw stones. That's why I came here (Johar Baru Police) so that it would be finished quickly," said one of the perpetrator's parents at the Johar Baru Police Headquarters, Friday, November 10.

The police chief emphasized that his party was still looking for other perpetrators involved in the brawl and coordinating with local regional officials.

"We are still looking for other perpetrators so that they can have a deterrent effect on them," he said.

Meanwhile, the Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of the Johar Baru Police, AKP Rosyid along with other members of the Criminal Investigation Unit are still investigating the perpetrators involved in the brawl. By showing evidence of footage or photos of the perpetrators of the brawl, the police are looking for the whereabouts of the perpetrators.

Previously, it was reported that the Johar Baru Police Criminal Investigation Unit was hunting down the perpetrators of the brawl by combing the Kampung Rawa Sawah area, RW 02, Johar Baru District, Thursday, November 9, afternoon.

One by one the houses were visited by members of the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Johar Baru Police.
