Kawasaki Gives New Color Touch To Versys 1000 SE And Ninja 1000 SX Modenas 2024 For Malaysian Market

Jakarta - Kawasaki announced the addition of a new color touch for the 2024 Versys 1000 SE and Ninja 1000 SX Modenas models, specifically for the Malaysian market. This change is not much different from the Z250 ABS and Z650 ABS models previously reported by VOI.

Quoted from the Paultan page, Tuesday, October 31, new color choices for the Versys 1000 SE adventurer include the Phantom Silver/Metallic Diablo Black. Meanwhile, the 1000 SX Ninja comes with Emerald Blazed Green, Metallic Diablo Black, and Metallic Graphite Gray.

Regarding specifications, Kawasaki Versys 1000 SE is armed with a four-cylinder engine with a fresh 1,043 cc of liquid cooled, which is capable of generating 120 PS of power at 9,000 rpm and 102 Nm torque at 7,500 rpm. This force is channeled through gyrboks equipped with quickshifters and end-of-chain driving.

On the feature side, this bike is equipped with Kawasaki Track Control (KTRC) with three customizable front windows, Kawasaki Intelligent Anti-lock Brake System (KIBS), cruise control, and customizable driving mode.

Meanwhile, the Ninja 1000 SX is also equipped with the same engine, capable of generating a power of 138 hp at 9,600 rpm with a maximum torque of 98.54 Nm at 8,800 rpm. This motorbike has a seat height of 820 mm and a tank capacity of 19 liters.

Regarding prices, Versys 1000 SE is sold at a price of 81,900 Ringgit Malaysia or around Rp273 million, while Ninja 1000 SX is priced at 71,400 Ringgit Malaysia or around Rp238 million (not including road taxes, insurance, and registration).
