State Tax Revenue Until September 2023 Is IDR 1,387 Trillion
JAKARTA - Minister of Finance (Menkeu) Sri Mulyani Indrawati conveyed that the realization of state tax revenues until September 2023 amounted to Rp1,387.78 trillion or the equivalent of 80.78 percent of the 2023 State Budget target.
"This tax revenue reaches 80.78 percent of the APBN target, this is very good for tax collection in September 2023," Sri Mulyani said at the Press Conference of our State Budget, Wednesday, October 25.
Sri Mulyani said that the realization of state tax revenues until September 2023 came from Non-Oil and Gas Income Taxes amounting to Rp771.75 trillion or reached 88.34 percent of the APBN target.
This realization rose 6.69 percent when compared to the same period last year.
Meanwhile, the realization of the oil and gas tax was recorded at 54.31 trillion or reached 88.40 percent of the 2023 APBN target. This realization decreased by 12.6 percent compared to last year.
Meanwhile, the realization of VAT and PPnBM is IDR 536.73 trillion or 72.24 percent of the APBN target. This realization increased 6.39 percent compared to last year.
Then, revenues from the PBB and other taxes amounted to Rp24.99 trillion or 62.45 percent of the 2023 APBN target. This realization rose 22.52 percent compared to last year.
Furthermore, PPh Migas amounted to Rp54.31 trillion or 88.40 percent of the APBN target.
This realization is down 12.66 percent compared to last year.
"Tax revenue performance from January to September 2023 still grows positively, especially supported by good economic performance," he said.

Sri Mulyani estimates that in the future tax revenues will slow down due to lower commodity prices and lower import value.
"There will be a slowdown in future growth, but we estimate that by the end of the year tax revenues will still be on track with tax revenues this year," he said.
