Neta Ensures There Is A After Sales Program In The Country And Will Build Many Official Digers
JAKARTA - After launching Neta V in the country market, Neta Indonesia confirmed the launch of a comprehensive selling program for each customer with 24-hour service.
This program includes road & hotline emergency assistance services, as well as on-site service. In addition, we provide vehicle guarantees for 5 years or 150,000 KM, battery guarantees for 8 years or 180,000 KM, and regular free maintenance for 4 years or 50,000 KM including services, spare parts, and materials.
Not only that, for customer convenience, Neta Indonesia also offers a free wall box installation (ev home charger).

In addition to the full-sale service, Neta also plans to expand its network of dealers throughout the country until the fourth quarter of 2023, but the details of the main destination city are not explained.
"Our plan is to inaugurate ten dealers spread throughout Indonesia in the fourth quarter of 2023," he added.
