As previously reported, the Indonesian Democratic Defenders Team (TPDI) and the Nusantara Advocates Association reported allegations of collusion and nepotism while leading the lawsuit on the terms of the presidential candidate (candidate) and vice presidential candidate (cawapres). This decision was made by Anwar at the Constitutional Court on Monday, October 16.
"Earlier, we reported the alleged criminal act of collusion and nepotism to the KPK leadership," said Coordinator of the Indonesian Democratic Defenders Team (TPDI) Erick S. Paat to reporters at the KPK's Red and White House, Kuningan Persada, South, Monday, October 23.
Erick explained that there are a number of legal grounds that they use in the report. Among them are the 1945 Constitution paragraphs 1 and 3 to the MPR TAP Number 11 of the 1998 MPR concerning the Implementation of a State that is Clean and Free of Collusion, Corruption, and Nepotism (KKN).
He claimed that the report he submitted had been received. It is hoped that the anti-corruption commission will immediately move because the smell of nepotism is smelled when Anwar knocks on the hammer at trial, Monday, October 16.
"We see it as if there is an element of intent that is allowed," he said.
"In handling this case, what we see is the alleged collusion, the nepotism between the Chief Justice of the Constitutional Court as chairman of the panel of judges and President Jokowi with his nephews Gibran and Kaesang," continued Erick.
