Modus Minta Waktu Pura-pura Pelabur Di Rumah Ibadah, Tersangka Kasus Korupsi Dana Desa Di NTT Kabur Ke Jakarta
The team to arrest fugitives from the Attorney General's Office and the East Nusa Tenggara (NTT) High Prosecutor's Office have arrested Mariam Julianda Fallo, a fugitive in a suspected corruption case in the management of village funds in Jasaue Village, West Amanuban District, South Central Timor Regency.
"Suspect Mariam Julianda Fallo has been arrested by the Attorney General's Tabur team together with the NTT High Prosecutor's team. The arrest of the suspect was carried out in Jakarta on Wednesday (11/10) at 19.30 WIB," said Head of the NTT High Prosecutor's Office Hutama Wisnu in Kupang as reported by ANTARA, Thursday, October 12.
Suspect Mariam Julianda Fallo has previously been summoned three times to be questioned by investigators from the South Central Timor District Attorney's Office, but never came so he was on the wanted list (DPO).
Based on reconnaissance carried out by the prosecutor's office, it is known that the suspect is in Bandung, West Java. The team conducted monitoring on Tuesday (10/10) and the target was found at Bumi Harapan Housing, Cibiru, Bandung.
When the investigators wanted to bring him, the suspect asked for time to perform the worship of delivering the word to the congregation, but apparently fled to Jakarta.
The suspect was finally arrested at Koja Housing, Kebun Bawang Village, Tanjung Priok, North Jakarta, on Wednesday (11/10) night around 19.30 WIB.
According to the Attorney General's Office, the suspect Mariam Julianda Fallo was named as a DPO based on a Letter of Determination of the People's Wanted List (DPO) of the Head of the TTS District Attorney Number: B-780/N.3.11/Fd.2/09/2023 dated September 5, 2023 because the suspect Mariam Julianda Fallo had been summoned three times in a row, but did not fulfill the summons of the South Central Timor District Attorney.

Mariam Julianda Fallo is a suspect in a case of alleged corruption in the management of village funds in Jasaue Village, West Amanuaban District, South Central Timor Regency, from 2016 to 2019 with a state loss of around Rp430,857,149.
Based on the results of the investigation, Mariam Julianda Fallo has also sold a truck belonging to BUMDes Pejata, Putahue Village with Police Number L 9843 GD amounting to Rp240,000,000 without going through a meeting with the supervisory board and administrators of BUMDes Pejata so that it is detrimental to state finances.
"This is what investigators consider establishing Mariam Julianda Fallo as a suspect, but since April 2020 Mariam Julianda Fallo has not been domiciled in Jasaulue Village," said Hutama Wisnu.
According to him, investigators have brought the suspect Mariam Julianda Falloke to the South Central Timor District Attorney to be processed according to applicable legal regulations.
