He explained the decision to establish the emergency response status, including referring to the development of conditions in the field, including the determination of emergency response status in a number of districts and cities, including East Kotawaringin and Palangka Raya. He mentioned that the period of emergency response status can be extended or shortened according to the need for disaster management in the field. To support the duties and functions of parts and fields in the emergency command post of the disaster, each section and field can form membership according to need, by involving elements of the command of the military resort, regional police, vertical agencies, provincial, academic, and community regional apparatus. Central Kalimantan Provincial Government has prepared a budget of Rp110 billion which is an unexpected cost allocation (BTT) related to the determination of the forest and land fire emergency response status. This budget is to optimize the management of forest and land fires, such as increasing the number of personnel who carry out and infrastructure facilities, so that forest and land fires can be completed. "Use BTT funds well to optimize the handling of forest and land fires," he said.
