Offended, 16-year-old Santri In Baleendah Bandung Kills Warung Owner

BANDUNG - Because of trivial things, he was offended when he was faced with cynicism, a 16-year-old man with the initials M, was desperate to kill a shop owner in Cikawung Baleendah, Bandung, West Java.

"At first, the chronology of this perpetrator was taking a walk out, with a knife in which he intended to be just in case," said Bandung Police Chief Kombes Kusworo Wibowo as quoted from a written statement, Thursday, October 5.

At that time, the perpetrator who was carrying a sharp weapon was snacks at the victim's shop. The perpetrator, who is also a student, felt pressured by the victim with the initials AK.

"Because he felt offended by the gaze, finally the perpetrator attacked the shop owner with the knife he was carrying," said the Bandung Police Chief.

The victim's wife, who was pregnant, intervened, but was hit by a sharp weapon by the perpetrator.

"Alhamdulillah, his wife is safe," said Kusworo.

The police said that the perpetrator was a victim of bullying at the Islamic boarding school. As a result of his actions, the perpetrator was charged with Article 340 and Article 338/Article 351 of the Criminal Code Paragraph 3.
