BMW Motorrad Offers M1000RR With M Competition Package In Malaysia, Priced At Nearly IDR 1 Billion

JAKARTA - BMW Motorrad has a variety of motorcycle models designed for various types of motorists, including sports motorbikes, touring, adventure, and cruders. This allows them to reach various market segments.

Not only known as a pioneer in adopting advanced technology in motorcycles, BMW has also designed several high-performance high-performance motorcycles known for its powerful engines and amazing ability on racing track.

This achievement is reflected in the presence of BMW M1000RR as a superbike. Although this bike has an aggressive design and performance, not all customers are satisfied with it. Therefore, BMW provides a special package for M1000RR with M Competition Package, an improvement over this basic version of superbike.

BMW now equips this bike with a number of features that improve performance, aiming to satisfy its loyal customers.

M1000RR M Competition Package is equipped with a swingarm made from a lighter aluminum anodize of up to 220 grams. This motorbike, reported by Paultan on Friday, September 8, is also equipped with various components of M, including a brake lever and coupling, a brake lever shield, and a motorcycle footrest.

Several other M components are made of carbon fiber starting from the front wheel cover, aero wheels, and rear wheels. To complete the M package, the M1000RR is also equipped with an engine shield from BMW's high performance division.

M1000RR M Performance Package is also equipped with a 6.5-inch LCD TFT screen as the standard, with the option to use OBD to record the fastest time. BMW also offers a number of attractive optional packages, including three types of windshields, namely colored, bubble, and colored bubbles, as well as M Datalogger, and M Cover Kit. Not to forget, there is also a passenger package in the form of a passenger seat sarong made of carbon fiber.

Despite several changes in design and weight, BMW still maintains its engines such as its standard variant. M1000RR is equipped with a 4-cylinder engine fresh with a 999 cc DOHC liquid capable of generating up to 212 dk of power and a 113 Nm of torque. Thus, this superbike can reach a maximum speed of up to 314 km/hour.

M1000RR M Competition Package has now arrived in Malaysia at a price starting from 289,900 Malaysian ringgit or around Rp953.3 million.

At this price, customers will get a BMW motorbike with a sensation like a true racing motorbike. This motorbike is scheduled to be delivered to customers in Malaysia in early 2024.
