Ford Releases Mustang Mach-E Rally 2024, Combination Of Reliability And Reliability Of Off-Road Adventure

JAKARTA - Ford released a special and limited variant of their electric SUV, the Ford Mustang Mach-E Rally on September 7, 2023.

This variant presents a design inspired by Ford's heyday at the World Reli championship, so there is an increase in chassis that allows this car to be fully enjoyed on highways and on land routes.

Ford Mustang Mach-E Rally was first announced at the Goodwood Festival of Speed in July, but was revealed directly to the public at the 2023 IAA Mobility Munich event, featuring a sporty and adventurous display.

Visually, Mach-E Rally has a difference with a revised fascia with fog light located in a closed grille, a new front splitter, recovery points, a black armored roof, and a large rear spoiler reminiscent of Focus RS whose production has been stopped.

In the company's release, Thursday, September 7, it is said that apart from the color of the Grabard Yellow, there are also color choices including Grabard Blue, Shadow Black, Eruption Green, Star White, and Glacier Gray, always combined with standard racing lines on the engine hood and backdoor.

One of the most striking parts of visual enhancement is the new 19-inch alloy rim set with glossy white finishing. Besides looking cool, the rim with this rally inspiration is equipped with a thicker Michelin CrossClimate2 tire, offering more grip on rough terrain.

In addition, the suspension was raised 20 mm (0.8 inches) compared to Mach-E GT, equipped with a specially tunable MagneRide per and pose. The electric car is designed for the ground and gravel roads, so Ford engineers added a shield for two electric motors.

Electric engines also come from Mach-E GT but have been set further. Quoted from Carscoops, September 7, Ford did not disclose performance figures, but said with two electric motors it would generate at least 480 dk (358 kW) of power and 880 Nm of torque.

This electric car will also get a new RallySport Driving Mode designed to allow for a "larger shift" in off-road environments, offering "linear throttle response" and "aggressiveer circulation". The brake system consists of a front disk with a diameter of 385 mm (15.2 inches) with a red Brembo caliber.

Ford has not disclosed the price of this top edition but Mach-E Rally will be available to consumers by 2024.
