Michael Sweet Surprised Many Metalheads Have Problems With Jesus, But Not With The Devils

JAKARTA - Frontman legend christian rock Stryper, admits that he is surprised by the many metalheads that have problems with Jesus. However, they have absolutely no objection to the devil.

This was conveyed by the 60-year-old musician through social media posts some time ago.

"I'm interested in talking about most people who don't like us saying it's because we sing about Jesus and they'll never be able to talk about it," Sweet said.

"But at the same time they will sit (or stand) and listen to a band sing about the devil and don't care," he continued.

Even though they don't like demons. I always find it strange that many metal heads have problems with Jesus but have absolutely no problems with demons".

About two years ago, Sweet took part in a debate over cancel culture, saying she was worried that the Christian Bible would soon be "set aside".

At the time, Sweet via Twitter wrote about her concern, noting how she and her Styper bandmates shared Bibles with viewers on their live shows.

"We've been distributing Bibles for almost 40 years," he wrote.

"For the first time in my life, I asked myself this question I wonder how much longer this book will be banned? I know this may seem like a ridiculous thought, but it doesn't. It's just a matter of time. Scary!"
