Erick Thohir: SOEs And Privates Must Support Each Other For Economic Growth

JAKARTA - Minister of State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) Erick Thohir said that private sectors or private sectors and SOEs have the same role to advance Indonesia. Especially encouraging economic growth.

"The private sector and SOEs are actually the same, they must unite to ensure Indonesia's economic growth," he said, quoted from the official Instagram @erickthohir, Sunday, August 20.

Therefore, said Erick, he encouraged state-owned companies and private sectors to collaborate.

"And support each other to become the locomotive of Indonesia's economic growth," he said.

"Bismillah, we created an economic ecosystem to lead to advanced Indonesia," he continued.

Erick also asked the government not to make complicated rules that complicate the collaboration. This is because private sectors and SOEs have the same role to advance the national economy.

"This is what I also hope for, let's let the city together propose to make a blueprint that we can also propose to the government, so that the government is also pro-business," he said.
