Rejecting Nathalie Holscher's Request To Stop Giving Children Nafkah, Sule: That's My Obligation
JAKARTA - Sule responded to his ex-wife, Nathalie Holscher's request to stop providing a living for their child, Adzam Adriansyah Sutisna. The 46-year-old comedian did not seem to want to stop providing a living for his son.
For Sule, even though she has separated from Nathalie Holscher, living for Adzam is her obligation as a father. He didn't want to ignore what he had to do.
"Still (giving a living for Adzam). That's my obligation to my son," said Sule in Tendean, South Jakarta on Wednesday, July 19.
Sule also refused to comply with his ex-wife's request to take back his house and car. He felt inappropriate if he asked for something he had given back.
"If something has been given, we can't take it anymore. The important thing is that we as parents still have an obligation," said Sule.
Rizky Febian's father did not want to take Nathalie Holscher's statement too seriously in her Instagram upload. The ex-wife's statement was considered merely an emotional expression. He also asked netizens not to blaspheme Nathalie.
"That's just an expression, it's emotional. From the start, I also told everyone not to blaspheme here and there. That's just an emotional expression as a human being," said Sule.
Responding to the change in Nathalie's appearance, who is now releasing her hijab, Sule sees this as her ex's choice and does not want to interfere.

"As for the hijab or not, that's his business. After all, I also didn't tell him to wear the hijab," he said.
Although Nathalie Holscher began wearing the hijab when he was in touch with her, Sule denied that she asked her ex-wife to wear the hijab. He said that it was an option of Nathalie herself.
"No, he automatically wears the hijab, yes I'm happy. There is no order whatsoever," concluded Sule.
