JAYAPURA - PT Telkom Indonesia in the Papua region said the merger or integration of Indihome and Telkomsel was part of an action to expand business to improve services to the community, including on Earth Cenderawasih.
General Manager (GM) of Telkom Telecommunication Area (Witel) Papua Agus Widiarsana in Jayapura, Saturday, 7 JULI said that the transfer process is currently ongoing and has no problems.
"As of July 1, we have officially announced a transition, which is carried out to provide wider broadband coverage, easier and more equitable digital access," he said.
According to Agus, Indihome services are running as usual so that people don't have to worry about this transition where customers will not experience changing equipment or changing usage rates.
"This whole integration or merger process will not be charged any fees for that, people are expected not to believe in the presence of individuals who ask for fees," he said.
