Seruyan Police And The Mediation Regional Government Regarding The Chaos Of Residents And PT BJAP
PALANGKA RAYA - Seruyan Regency Police, Central Kalimantan together with the local government (Pemda) to related agencies will mediate between the community and PT Bumi Jaya Alam Permai (BJAP), which was chaotic, allegedly due to plasma demand problems.
"Tomorrow we and related agencies will facilitate the community and companies to jointly seek solutions to this problem," said Seruyan Police Chief AKBP Ampi Inapi Von Bulow as reported by ANTARA, Friday, July 7.
His party together with the regional government, the Seruyan DPRD and the Sampit 1015 Dandim will try to find the best way for both parties who have problems, so that in the future it is hoped that they can find the best way without anyone being harmed.
The mediation will be held on Saturday (8/7) located at the Seruyan Regional Secretariat Office and will involve community representatives and company representatives.
In the mediation, it will be discussed where the root of the problem and the demands of the community to the company regarding the realization of plasma 20 percent.
"Hopefully later all parties can sit down together and get the best solution for all of these problems and without having to have a law violation," he hoped.

Previously, a riot involving the community and officials at PT Bumi Jaya Alam Permai (BJAP), Seruyan Tengah District on Wednesday (6/7) yesterday was motivated by plasma demand problems.
Regarding the beginning of the clash between the community and the apparatus. At that time, the Seruyan Police and a combination of the Central Kalimantan Police carried out security to prevent the collection of palm oil by the community on the company's land.
The police have also repeatedly appealed to the public not to take palm fruit on the land. Regarding the demand for plasma of 20 percent, an audience can be held to all parties.
However, the community did not heed the appeal, arguing that the community still had rights to the land.
