Coming With Various Updates, Toyota C-HR 2024 Launches With Hybrid Machines
JAKARTA - After a long wait, Toyota finally released a compact SUV update, C-HR, with a more modern look and equipped with a hybrid engine.
Entering the C-SUV class in Europe, Toyota C-HR appears more different than the previous version. This car appears with a tiny shape but prioritizes futuristic elements.
Reporting from the official Toyota Europe website, Monday, June 26, this car is based on the design of the "Prologue" model at the end of 2022, Toyota C-HR appears with a sharp design on the front. Thus, this car almost looks like the latest generation bZ4x or Prius.
The dynamic and modern display is supported by a 20-inch rim. The top roof is also expanded with a smoother look. The back itself is equipped with wings hanging over the back window in order to optimize the aerodynamics.
Moving to the inside, passengers or C-HR users will be welcomed with the convenience offered in this SUV. The latest Toyota C-HR has a 12.3-inch digital commimeter, although the size will be different depending on the trim option.
The display offers a sharp graph that makes it easier for users to clearly read or view information about the car. Toyota provides three pre-table layouts of the commimeter that can be arranged by the driver according to taste.
Toyota also provides Toyota Smart Connect (TSC) packages in the form of an 8-inch or 12.3-inch touch screen, voice assistance, wireless smartphone connection with Apple CarPlay or Android Auto.
Toyota provides various safety features for the latest C-HRs, including Acceleration Suppression and Protective Driving Assist (PDA). Also presented are Lane Change Assist with Front Cross Traffic Alert, Driver Monitor Camera, Automatic High-Beam System.
Sema with previous rumors, the Toyota C-HR 2024 will carry a hybrid engine. Toyota offers three Hybrid Electric Vehicle (HEV) versions of the powertrain option with 1.8 liters and 2.0 liters of engines. Also provided are 2.0 liters of Plug-In Hybrid (PHEV) engines.
If detailed, the 1.8 liter HEV engine can produce 140 dk, then for the 2.0 liter HEV it is capable of blowing 198 dk of power, and the 2.0 liter PHEV produces 223 dk of power higher.

Unfortunately, Toyota did not provide details about the battery capacity being pinned. However, the manufacturer only informed that the C-HR can go up to 66 km when powered by electricity.
