Targeting Rich Customers, BRI Collaborates With Pegadaian
JAKARTA - PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk collaborated with PT Pegadaian to present product references and services for BRI Priority customers and BRI Private.
The business synergy in the BRI Group is in the form of five services and products from Pegadaian that can be referenced to BRI private & BRI Priority customers. The products and services that can be offered are Gold Savings, Gold Cicil, Gadai Efek, Gadai Luxury, and G-Lab.
BRI's Director of Consumer Business Handayani said that this product and service is one of the concrete steps in the synergy of business between BRI and Pegadaian, as well as encouraging public interest in gold assets and luxury brands.
"In addition to being able to be used for investment, by owning gold and luxury brands, the public can also optimize it as an asset that is liquid easily safe and comfortable," he said in a written statement, Thursday, June 22.
In this collaboration, Handayani explained, customers can invest through gold ownership.
In addition, there is an effect pawning facility where customers can obtain loans with collateral in the form of shares and or unlinked bonds (scriptless) recorded and traded on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.
Meanwhile, for customers who have an interest in collecting branded goods, there is also a luxury pawn facility.
"This facility is a loan facility provided by Pegadaian on the basis of pawn law for a certain period of time," added Handayani.
Later, the object of guarantee and control will be handed over by the customer/and/or their power to Pegadaian. Then the G-Lab facility as one of Pegadaian services which includes the gemstone identification report, diamond grading, jewelry report, tailed service (a combination of services that can adjust customer needs).
Gold Savings, Gold Installments, Gadai Efek, Gadai Luxury, and G-Lab are very easy to obtain. Customers can communicate online or can come directly to the nearest BRI Priority Service Center and BRI Private Signature Outlets to meet with Priority Relations Manager and Private Banker. Customers will get information regarding the products and services needed by customers.
"With the synergy between BRI and Pegadaian, it is hoped that it can become a new innovation and alternative solution for additional facilities and services for BRI Private customers, as well as BRI Priority," concluded Handayani.
