PT Timah Rombak Direksi AGMS, Ahmad Dani Virsa Appointed As President Director

JAKARTA - The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) of PT Timah Tbk decided to reshuffle the board of directors and board of commissioners.

Shareholders agreed to appoint Ahmad Dani Virsa as the main director replacing Achmad Ardianto, who on the same day was re-elected as Director of Human Resources of PT Aneka Tambang (ANTAM).

Changes in management also occurred in the Directorate of Operations and Production, the Directorate of Human Resources, and the Directorate of Business Development of PT TIMAH Tbk.

Purwoko, who previously served as Director of Operations and Production, was replaced by Nur Adi Kuncoro, Director of Human Resources Yennita was replaced by Tigor Pangaribuan and Director of Business Development Alwin Albar was replaced by Koko Wigyantoro, while Director of Finance and Risk Management was still held by Vina Eliani.

The AGMS also appointed a new board of commissioners of TINS. The President Commissioner was entrusted to M. Alfan Baharudin, while the independent commissioner was entrusted to Agus Rajani Panjaitan, the position of Commissioner was entrusted to Yudo Dwinanda Priaadi, Rustam Effendi and Sufyan Syarif.

Regarding the change in TINS management, the Corporate Secretary of PT Timah Tbk, Abdullah Umar, said that the changes and adjustments of the management in TINS were common where the selection of the TINS Management was the domain of shareholders, who must already have careful consideration in determining the figures who would lead TINS performance in the future.

"In every issuer, the change of management by shareholders is a common thing, especially for the purpose of refreshment and improving performance. Hopefully, the composition of the new management can bring the company to be even better in the future which is predicted to be more dynamic and competitive," Abdullah said at a press conference quoted on Friday, June 15.

Thus, the composition of the management of PT TIMAH Tbk based on the results of the AGMS Decision for the 2022 Financial Year is as follows: DIRECTION
