Pilgrims Can Visit The Special Sector When They Get Lost At The Prophet's Mosque
Pilgrims who are hajj candidates who get lost or forget to walk back to the hotel, separate from the group, lose sandals, or face other problems can visit the special sector of the Prophet's Mosque in Madinah.
Nuari Azizah, a special sector officer for the Prophet's Mosque, explained that the opening of a special sector post at the Prophet's Mosque was to help and serve the congregation.
"There are five posts in the special sector of the Prophet's Mosque. In every special sector, there are officers from a number of services in the Saudi Arabia Hajj Organizing Officer (PPIH)," he said in Medina as reported by ANTARA, Friday, June 9.
He explained that special sector officers, including congregational protection officers (linjam), the Handling of the Congregation's First Crisis and Relief (PKP3JH), and elderly services.
The special sector, he said, is ready to be a helper for Indonesian pilgrims who get lost, especially for the elderly who will be served and delivered until they return to their place of stay or hotel.
"Strengthening is the first step if there are pilgrims who get lost. Usually, if people feel lost and confused about their way home, they will panic. Now, when there are pilgrims, we invite them to sit down first," he said.
The next step, check the card with a barcode and contain complete information about the name of the prospective hajj, location of the hotel, and the head of the batch.
"But usually many don't carry this congregational card. Most of them are left in their hotel rooms," he said.

If the congregation's card is left behind, he continued, special sector officers will check the bracelet of the prospective hajj because it is also listed on the batch number, embarkation, and the name of the person.
"We are equipped with a special book that includes the embarkation, hotel, and all the information of the pilgrims. It makes it easier for us," he said.
If they have found hotels and entourage, special sector officers will take them or prospective hajj candidates are picked up by the group leader.
"While waiting for an invitation so that the pilgrims are not bored and bored, we invite them to chat, give them drinks or food, and not infrequently special sector officers have to deliver elderly pilgrims who have not been picked up by their group leaders," he said.
Azizah emphasized that the special sector team is ready to protect and serve the pilgrims who are hajj candidates who get lost and will take them back to the hotel room.
