Compliance Commitment, Pertamina Hulu Energi Wins Score 85.05 GCG Assessment
JAKARTA - PT Pertamina Hulu Energi (PHE) as Pertamina's Upstream Subholding, has succeeded in getting a score of 85.05 or a very good category, in the Good Corporate Governance (GCG) Assessment for the 2022 financial year.
This was announced at the Exit Meeting of the GCG assessment in Jakarta, Monday, May 29. The GCG assessment is one of PHE's efforts in evaluating, conducting, assessing how much the implementation of good corporate governance is in the business process at the company, as well as efforts to find aspects and processes which require improvement in order to improve and maintain good corporate governance.
Present at the event were PHE President Commissioner, Rinaldi Firmansyah, Director of Human Resources and Business Supporting PHE, Oto Gurnita, and Director of Supervision of the BPKP Energy and Mining Business Entity as auditors, Susilo Widhyantoro.
On this occasion, the Director of Human Resources and Business Supporting of PHE, Oto Gurnita, expressed his appreciation for all the best support and efforts that have been made by the BPKP team so that the GCG assessment of PT Pertamina Hulu Energi for the 2022 financial year can be carried out smoothly.
"I also express my highest appreciation to all PHE officers and teams who are the assistance team for the GCG PHE assessment for the 2022 financial year for their commitment and hard work in supporting and successful implementation of the GCG assessment," explained Oto.
Director of Supervision of Energy and Mining Business Entities at BPKP, Susilo Widhyantoro, revealed that GCG's assessment is a shared responsibility.
"GCG is a bulwark of each other's self-protection in addition to the company, and it is our common responsibility," said Susilo.
Rinaldi Firmansyah as the President Commissioner of PHE also expressed his appreciation to all parties for the excellent assessment in the GCG assessment for the 2022 financial year.
