Pembangunan Rusun TNI AU Halim Perdanakusuma Ditargetkan Rampung September 2023

JAKARTA - The Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing (PUPR) is currently carrying out the construction of the Halim Perdanakusuma Air Force Flats (Rusun) in Jakarta.

According to the contract, the flat will begin construction on December 22, 2022 and is targeted for completion in September 2023. To date, the entire construction progress has reached 15.4 percent.

PUPR Minister Basuki Hadimuljono said that apart from being intended for Low-Income Communities (MBR), the Ministry of PUPR also built flats for students, students in Islamic boarding schools, as well as for the TNI/Polri and State Civil Apparatus (ASN).

"This is clear evidence that the government is present in the provision of decent housing. We hope that it can improve the quality of life of aid recipients by having a more decent, healthy and comfortable house," Basuki said in a press release, quoted Thursday, May 25.

The Halim Perdanakusuma Air Force Flats were built on Jalan Dwikora Raya, Makassar District, East Jakarta, as many as one tower, and three floors with 44 housing units. Flats were built three floors with type 36 m2 for each unit.

The construction work was carried out by contractor PT Insan Pesona with a contract value of IDR 21.3 billion.

Currently, column insertion installations are being carried out, column staking installations, Zona 2 column castings, pairing of pire cap and tie beams, installing pole caps and tie beam installations, installing scafolding, installing of beams and 2nd floor plates (Zona 1), and beaming and 2nd Floor plate (Zona 1). Overall, construction progress has reached 15.4 percent.

Director General of Housing Iwan Suprijanto said that the construction of this flat aims to meet the needs of decent housing for the Halim Perdanakusuma Air Force. "We hope that by occupying a suitable house, it can increase the productivity of Halim Perdanakusuma Air Force in working," he added.
