Announced Since 2020, Tesla Roadster Is Expected To Start Production In 2024
JAKARTA - Since Tesla announced the latest Roadster will be produced in 2020, this plan has not been implemented. Moreover, Tesla always announces the latest date every year.
Recently, Tesla CEO Elon Musk said his party would start production of the Tesla Roadster in 2024, with the hope that it will be implemented as soon as possible.
"We hope to complete the technical and design of the Tesla Roadster next generation and production expectations next year," said Elon Musk as quoted by Motor Authority, Wednesday, May 17.
Tesla Roadster was introduced in 2017, manufacturers claimed that this car had above-average performance by accelerating from 0 to 100 km/hour within 1.9 seconds and was able to reach a top speed of 402 km/hour.

The electric vehicle manufacturer from the United States will also charge a price of 200,000 US dollars or around Rp. 2.9 billion for the standard variant. Also, the limited variant, namely the Founder Series, is priced at 250,000 US dollars or equivalent to Rp. 3.7 billion.
Tesla also confirmed that one of its models, the Cybertruck will begin its delivery to customers this year.
Elon Musk also said Tesla had two new vehicles in development and said a unit had been built. Although it is not yet clear whether the car is a concept or production.
