West Jakarta Metro Police Criminal Investigation Unit Commissioner Andri Kurniawan said that in this case his party arrested 3 perpetrators who had forced the victim.
"In this case, we managed to secure three perpetrators shortly after the kidnapping incident until it was forced (to rape)," said Commissioner Andri when confirmed, Monday, May 8.
The three perpetrators with the initials AB, IN and IM were arrested by the police in the Dadap area, Tangerang. The three of them were arrested separately. In their action, the perpetrators first kidnapped the victim to be used as a sex slave.
The incident began when the victim became acquainted with one of the perpetrators with the initials AB through social media. Then AB made an appointment with the victim. However, when he met the victim, the perpetrator AB immediately took the victim away.
According to Kasat, the perpetrator initially invited the victim to take a walk and eat. The victim was then invited to a rented house in the Dadap area, Tangerang.
Arriving at the rented house, the perpetrators initially drank alcohol. After getting drunk, the female victim who suffers from mental retardation became the object of the satisfaction of the perpetrators.

"The perpetrators forced the victim in rotation. Before being forced by these perpetrators to drink alcohol first. So the motive is purely that these perpetrators try to force the victim," he said.
As a result of the incident, the victim suffered abrasions on his sensitive part. In addition, the incident also traumatized the victim. Currently the victim is assisting the P2TP2A unit.
Meanwhile, the perpetrators are suspected of Article 328 with a penalty of 12 years in prison, and Article 81 Paragraph 2 of the Republic of Indonesia Law Number 35 of 2014 with a threat of 15 years in prison.
