Latest Hyundai Exter View Before Dluncurkan

Hyundai will launch a new subcompact SUV called Exter, after previously releasing a teaser from this vehicle.

Recently, Exter was caught on camera on a public street in Seoul, South Korea on May 3. In fact, this vehicle is seen without a mask or camouflage sticker. The picture of Exter uploaded by @seoul_car_spotting appears to be the final production version, but there may be some minor changes to the design before its introduction in August.

Reporting from the carscoops, Thursday, May 4, the vehicle will be introduced in India this summer and Hyundai also plans to export this vehicle to other developing regions. Exter's design is quite compact with small wheels as a buffer. On the front, the vehicle is equipped with a separate LED and intake forward light on the bumper. Meanwhile, on the back, the rear light slightly resembles Audi Q2 and a black panel connecting the rear glass with the side window.

Exter is likely to use the same K1 platform as Hyundai i10 Nios/Aura and Hyundai Casper in India. With a small proportion, this vehicle will compete with Suzuki Ignis in its class. Hyundai is also likely to offer two engine options, namely 1.2 liter naturally-assisted gasoline engine 82 dk and 1.0 liter turbocharged gasoline engine that produces 99 dk power. This machine will be combined with front wheels drivers and offers manual or automatic transmission.

After launching in August 2023, Hyundai plans to start production for Exter in the second half of this year.
