The Public Is Urged To Use PLN Mobile When Facing Electric Constraints Ahead Of Eid Al-Fitr
JAKARTA - President Director of PT PLN (Persero) Darmawan Prasodjo appealed to the public to use the PLN Mobile application as a one-stop solution for public electricity needs. He said that in PLN Mobile there is a complaint feature if people experience electrical problems while in their hometowns.
"People don't have to bother looking for PLN's office to convey disturbances. Through cell phones, people can immediately report complaints or disturbances," Darmawan told the media quoted on Thursday, April 6.
Armawan added that people who go home can also use PLN Mobile to find charging stations to charge their electric vehicles.
"People can find charging stations through the PLN Mobile application. We are ready to serve 24 hours and alert personnel to help the community charge their electric vehicles," added Darmawan.
Currently, PLN has operated as many as 616 Public Electric Vehicle Charging Stations (SPKLU) spread across 237 locations throughout Indonesia. On the homecoming route, there are 19 SPKLU points on the Trans Java and Trans Sumatra toll roads.
"In the rest area, we have prepared SPKLU with ultra fast charging and fast charging types, for ultra fast charging types it only takes 15 minutes for charging, electric cars can be full immediately," added Darmawan.
PLN in welcoming the moment of Eid al-Fitr 1444 H alerted 2,300 electricity alert posts that are ready to serve the needs of the community. In addition, PLN also alerted 81,690 standby personnel, both PLN officers and field officers who were ready to carry out electrical mitigation.
PLN also prepared supporting tools in the Alert period, including providing 1,478 Gensets, 559 uninterruptible power supply (UPS), 925 units of mobile substations (UGB), 37 units of Emergency Restoration System (ERS), 16 Mobile Transformers, 120 UKB/UCKB, 259 Cranes, 3,260 Cars, and 3,395 Motors.
