Pokémon Stadium Will Join Nintendo Switch Online Starting April 12
JAKARTA - Nintendo has announced that the Pokémon Stadium will come to Nintendo Switch Online next week, to be precise on April 12, 2023 through the Expansion Package level.
The Pokémon Stadium was originally released on the Nintendo 64 system in 2000, this combat arena game features every Pokémon from the Pokémon Red Version, Pokémon Blue Version, and Pokémon Yellow Version along with a set of solo and multiplayer modes.
"Starting April 12, the Pokémon Stadium game presents a thrilling Pokémon fight to the Nintendo 64 library to Nintendo Switch Online for everyone with Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack membership," the company wrote in its announcement.

At Pokémon Stadium, you will be able to fight alone with your six-choice Pokémon teams in four tournaments in Stadium mode or run them again against elite Kanto coaches at Gym Leader Castle.
In addition, you can also play in multiplayer mode. Where you will compete in endless battles with friends in Free Battle mode 1-4 players, or party with a collection of nine mini games at the Children's Club.
"It may be called the Children's Club, but even experienced coaches can feel the heat of the Sushi-Go-Round kitchen, or after reaching new heights in Magikarp's Slash," Nintendo explained.
On the other hand, Nintendo also said that the Pokémon 2 Stadium will also be available in this service in the future. However, the specific release date has not been announced.
