Un Divorced, Rizal Djibran Claims To Be Ready To Find A New Companion
JAKARTA - Rizal Djibran's divorce lawsuit against his wife, Sarah at the Cikarang Religious Court is still in progress and has not been decided. That way, both of them are still declared as a husband and wife.
However, when asked about what his prayers and special wishes were for Ramadan this time, the 45-year-old actor hoped for a new companion in his life.
"Hopefully, God willing, a quiet, blessed, healthy life will be given. Hopefully, God willing, we can get another companion, we can give children," said Rizal Djibran when met at Polda Metro Jaya on Friday, March 31.
"Yes, I pray well, right? We pray well, let alone the prayers of the fasting people, God willing, the Almighty will grant it," he said.
However, with her experience in establishing a household with Sarah, Rizal said she would be more selective in choosing a partner. He also made sure he continued to open up to getting married again.
The actor himself stated that he had been separated from Sarah since November 2022. Since then, he has never been in communication again. Rizal admitted that his cellphone number was blocked by his wife and family.
Although she did not know whether Sarah had forgiven and wanted to make peace with her, Rizal said she had forgiven his wife, but the existing legal process would continue.
"If you forgive each other, you don't know from that side. If I have forgiven, I even pray, hopefully it will be the best for him and his family," said Rizal Djibran.
"I personally apologize, especially in the month of Ramadan. But the legal process is still ongoing," he said.
