The Diversity Of Health Data In Indonesia, Ministry Of Health Promises To Fix The Sure Number Of Doctors Practice Independently Through One Healthy
JAKARTA - The Ministry of Health (Kemenkes) requires all independent practice doctors to accredit through the OneSehat platform to fix doctor data in Indonesia.
"I want self-registers, self-reporting, not sent by assessors, the important thing is registering," said Minister of Health (Menkes) Budi Gunadi Sadikin in a public hearing on the Health Bill which was followed from the Ministry of Health's YouTube in Jakarta, Sunday 19 March.
According to the Minister of Health, the provisions for self-accreditation are a solution in uniforming the data collection of the number of doctors. Because the reports received by his party from a number of professional organizations, to local governments (Pemda) have different data.
The registration stage for independent practitioners is carried out directly by practicing doctors, based on information technology. Doctors are asked to access the OneSehat application and fill in a description column containing the identity of the doctor, activity, and the type of disease detected.
"I promise no more than a sheet or two pieces, once a month. He must enter himself, otherwise I will reprimand him," said the Minister of Health, quoted by Antara.
The Minister of Health also ensured that the process of accrediting independent doctors did not require a fee. Even if the participants are diligent in filling in the data, the Ministry of Health will provide an achievement certificate.
"I think the data is also important for related parties. I will open the data to friends in the Indonesian Doctors Association (IDI), so that it can be seen, is it true that the doctor is a ghost doctor, he practices it in the mortal world," said the Minister of Health.
Previously, Deputy Minister of Health (Wamenkes) Dante Saksono Harbuwono said the OneSehat application used a one account number from the Population Identification Number (NIK) data as one that would be recorded in the health system.
According to Dante, the cause of the diversity of health data in Indonesia was mainly triggered by the preparation of high-grade data using various applications with different accuracy.
With one account number, namely SatuSehat, he continued, it is processed from the entry number directly to the national data center, so you can see the similarity of data, which was originally tiered and there is potential for data changes, to be more uniform.
Chairman of PB IDI Adib Khumaidi encourages the alignment of data on the number of doctors in Indonesia.
This is motivated by the number of doctors and doctors who are different, one of which is an IDI-version specialist ranging from 204,492 people, a version of the Indonesian Medical Consil (KKI) of 214,878 people. This number is different from the Ministry of Health's report, which amounted to 145,913 people.
