Pansel Asks Residents To Be Involved In Responding To The Track Record Of 20 Candidates For KPU Riau Islands Members

The RI - Selection Committee (pansel) is tracing the track record of 20 prospective members of the Riau Islands KPU who are currently taking medical tests.

The Pansel also appealed to residents to give responses to each prospective member of the Riau Islands KPU.

The response of residents to prospective members of the Riau Islands KPU is a form of public participation in supervising the selection process for prospective members of the Riau Islands KPU.

The Pansel needs input from residents who may know about the actions of prospective members of the Riau Islands KPU. Moreover, on average, they still serve as election organizers at both the provincial and district and city levels.

"Pansel has limitations in tracing the track record of prospective members of the Riau Islands KPU so that it requires the participation of residents who can add information and data," said the former member of the Riau Islands KPU, in Tanjungpinang, Thursday, March 16, which was confiscated by Antara.

According to him, residents can officially give the response at the Pansel Secretariat for Candidates for KPU Kepri Members at Hotel CK, Tanjungpinang. Residents can provide responses by filling out the form provided by the Pansel.

Until now, he said, the South Coast had not received a response from residents to prospective members of the Riau Islands KPU.

"There is still about three days left to respond from the public to prospective members of the Riau Islands KPU," he said.

Ridarman said 20 prospective members of the Riau Islands KPU took a medical test conducted at the Kartika Clinic, Tanjungpinang from today until tomorrow. Furthermore, they are required to take an interview test on 19-20 March 2023.

During the interview process, he said, the Pansel would ask for clarification from prospective members of the Riau Islands KPU on various information and data obtained in the field, including exploring the integrity and knowledge of each participant related to the implementation of the election.

The Pansel will provide an assessment according to the participant's ability. Then the results of the medical test are combined with the interview value.

Participants with good interview scores can pass if the health test results are also good. On the other hand, participants with good interview scores, but can not pass the test if it is not recommended by an expert doctor because they have certain diseases.

"This stage is the final stage of the entire series of selection carried out by the Pansel. Furthermore, the Indonesian KPU conducted a fit and proper test of 10 participants who passed the medical and interview tests," he said.
