Dino Hamid: It's Time For The Music Festival To Be Clean From Waste

JAKARTA - Waste can actually be processed into something that is beneficial. But currently, waste is still a burden or obstacle. On this year's National Music Day moment, APMI Chairman of the Indonesian Music Promoter Association) Dino Hamid will run a waste recycling program in every music concert.

Every time after the concert, garbage is usually scattered everywhere, after this program is implemented, it is hoped that there will be no more mounting garbage after a music performance.

At the Music event Indonesia Keren in the context of National Music Day, Thursday, on the Youtube channelapri Official, Dino Hamid as Chair of the Indonesian Music Promoter Association (APMI) conveyed several new programs that will be run at all music festivals in Indonesia.

One of them is a recycling program to tackle the amount of waste in every music festival.

"We have several programs, in the future we want to carry out waste management. Because I think the garbage in each event is quite large. So we want to process the waste into an inter-promotor benefit," said Dino.

"So we plan to have an relay so that the waste processing can run between promoters," said Dino.

He also added that the various wastes that will be regulated can be useful processed.

"For example, promoter A waste can be useful for promoter B in the next event. It can be used as merchandise or diesel that can be used," he concluded.

This will of course have a good impact on the promoters of music events and the audience.

In addition to reducing the amount of waste that must be thrown into the final disposal site, this program also functions to meet the raw material needs of a product in every music store.
