This Is The Newest Bajaj Chetak, Capable Of Driving 107 Km On A Single Battery Charge

Bajaj is said to be releasing one of their newest electric motorcycle products called the Bajaj Chetak. The electric scooter motorbike adopts a retro style like Vespa for the 2023 model.

Quoted from Rideapart, Chetak has been around since 2020. For the models to be released, Bajaj only makes changes in terms of appearance to the latest features.

For example, the use of a Vespa-style model with a rounded shape, both in terms of body shape, lamp model, and a choice of colors that are shinier. There are three colors offered, namely Matte Coarse Gray, Satin Black, and Matte Caribbean Blue.

Bajaj also presents various features for this latest version. Some of them are colored instrument panels that contain various statuses and a speedometer that attracts attention.

The machine that was brought, this motorbike did not have significant changes like the old Chetak. Equipped with 1 electric motor with 3.8 kW and 3 kWh battery. The power it generates itself is also not great, namely 5.1 hp, with a maximum speed of 60 km/hour. So, this motorbike is suitable for daily activities in urban areas.

Bajaj Chetak itself also excels in long trips which can cover a distance of 107 km in full battery condition until it runs out. Now for charging, this motorbike can charge the battery from 0 to 110 percent in 4 hours.

In terms of tires, the Chetak is equipped with 12-inch rims and has a single fork suspension at the front and a mono-shock at the rear.

For the safety of the rider, this scooter is equipped with a CBS system with disc brakes at the front and drum brakes at the rear. For the price, the latest Bajaj Chetak is priced at 152,000 Rupees or around IDR 28 million.
