Acting Governor Of DKI Guarantees All Treatment Of Plumpang Depot Fire Victims To Be Borne
JAKARTA - Acting Governor of DKI Jakarta Heru Budi Hartono is saddened by the condition of the victims of the Pertamina Plumpang Depo fire. There were even the bodies of the children who were victims.
"There are 2 bodies (RS) Koja here, hopefully they can be resolved (fire) very sad for the children (to become victims)," said Heru at the location, Friday, March 3.
The DKI Provincial Government has alerted all hospitals around the scene. All victims have been taken and are currently being treated medically.
"Of course, if all costs, we are responsible for the government," he continued.
The intense fire that hit the Pertamina Depot made hundreds of residents on Jalan Tanah Merah Bawah, RT012/09, Rawa Badak Selatan Village, Koja District, North Jakarta evacuated.
However, not a few residents also became victims of the fire. Until now, the number of victims is 12 people. This was conveyed by the Public Relations of the Koja Hospital, Fitria.
"Currently there are 12 victims, the latest information is 12 victims", said Fitiria when contacted.
However, it is not yet known whether or not there were casualties in the Pertamina Depo fire incident in Plumpang. It's just that there were several victims of burns suffered by residents.
"Yes, we have suffered burns and we are still handling it. We can't handle it in total because the latest one is 12 people and the update was early 10 injured victims", he continued.
It Is Suspected That Lightning was the cause of the fire
Head of North Jakarta Fire Department, Abdul Wahid, explained that his party is still unable to determine the cause of the fire at the Pertamina Depot in the Plumpang area, North Jakarta, which occurred on Friday, March 3.
However, the Head of Ops for the North Jakarta Fire Department, Abdul Wahid, suspects that the fire started due to a lightning strike.
